Program Notes

Sue Firth, often referred to as ‘The World’s Best Kept Secret’ joins Lesley for a powerful conversation about strength, resilience, and leadership.

Sue speaks to the importance of becoming our most effective selves by developing tools that help us repair the broken places within each of us into points of strength. Listeners are sure to see themselves through a new lens as Sue outlines the importance of knowing where to start and how to move forward. Realizing that those living rent free in our heads are in fact only ‘tenants’ and we have the right to throw them out can create a tipping point from which we can boldly proceed forward. During the stepping back that COVID required, many in the corporate world had their first opportunity to ask, “Is this what I want? Am I enjoying what I’m doing?” Sue invites those who realized it’s time for a pivot to, “Don’t be Scared. Change is not the end of the world. And it doesn’t mean you have to have all of the answers or have worked out all of the steps.” Join Lesley and Sue for this and so much more that will inform, encourage, and inspire.
